It was good because Young knew what I wanted. I had an idea of what the camera was going to look like, and it was AMAZING!!! Being able to take pictures by myself was COOL!! Young really knew what he was doing! Thank you for what you did for me!

Many of our students are only observers in the classroom, because they do not have the ability to access the curriculum in the typical way. I am very impressed by Young's adaptation of the camera for K. By making the camera accessible,Young made a child's dream become reality. Young paid attention to every detail regarding K's needs and abilities. Young's camera system allowed K to independently take pictures, and gave him a much needed positive way to express his creativity. The adapted camera system will benefit not only K but many other students at Henry Viscardi School.
